Wyndham Apollo Hotel Amsterdam houses for many years at one of the most known restaurants of Amsterdam; La Sirène. The restaurant is beautifully situated on the Amsterdam canals. This creates a unique atmosphere where chefs craft produces a contemporary map with authentic and recognizable ingredients. Vegetables play an important role, where possible we use a Dutch product. We have a kitchen deeply rooted in the culinary tradition, but with a contemporary twist, fresh and light and influences from distant places, but never losing sight of Amsterdam's roots ... 

La Sirène offers the best kept secret of Amsterdam, a beautiful, stylish waterside terrace where you can go for lunch or dinner. From the terrace with comfortable sofas you can enjoy the surroundings and delicious cuisine. Do not forget to view the wine list, for it is full of surprises! Arrive in style in your own boat. You can easily dock at our private scaffold.

Wellness
In the lobby of the hotel the Chill Out Spa is located. The spa is open to hotel guests and guests from outside. You can go there for a massage and oxygen treatments, using meaningful names like Jetlag Therapy, Stones 2 Chill and Super Charger. After a busy day in Amsterdam, or an intensive meeting, you can even choose for a treatment in your own hotel room, the so-called In-Room Spa.
